Russell,

I live in Harrison (Hill side) and I am very close to Crace exchange. I am paying thro the nose to Telstra for ADSL. Very slow at peak time and telstra techo says ‘Congestion’. Very frustrating.

I am also an IT professional living in gungahlin. Although i dont have the internet issues you are having but i do know friends in Gungahlin that are. (Watson is particularly bad)

Spot on Russell.

This is issue has grown to such a point where it will be a major on where Idecide where I live, do business and even who I vote for.

I hope they actually pay attention to all of suffering the same issue this time.
